Goes is a free app. It requests several permissions. It doesn't provide any user data to third party.
To ease synchronize schedule of public transport, Goes asks to read the accounts stored on your device. This is solely used to auto-update schedule of public transport saved on your device, the app does not in fact read your contacts or send this information off-device. Before version 3.0.0 only.
Read and write storage permissions are requested for map functionality. App saves vector map file and read only from it when you open map screen.
Location is option permission in Goes. Location is not saved or sent off-device. It's only used to show your position on the map.
